JOB DESCRIPTION
Media Production/Content Creation: Shoot and edit unboxing videos, product reviews, benchmarks, tutorials and other engaging videos for platforms like Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Performance Analysis: Track engagement, views, and click-through metrics to refine future content strategies.
Trend Tracking: Stay updated on industry innovations, competitor product drops, and platform-specific social algorithms.
Collaboration: Work hand in hand with Graphic Designer for still visuals and with various departments to align messaging with broader campaign goals.
Outdoor Activities: Attend various outdoor meetings with the external sales team for content.
Other tasks to be carried out as directed by supervisor/management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Creative: Must be creative and possessing an outside-the-box mindset.
Multimedia Proficiency: Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is an added advantage.
Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of various social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Communication & Voice: Strong copywriting, verbal storytelling, and a clear understanding of a brand's unique tone.
Adaptability: Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms, viral trends, and emerging AI creative tools
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of digital marketing or media production experience, alongside a portfolio of published work.
Diploma in Marketing, Creative Arts Media or equivalent hands-on experience.
