Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience depending on the position.
- Mining and open-pit experience required or advantageous for most technical roles.
- Valid Silicosis Certificate for applicable positions.
- Relevant professional memberships such as EIZ or ZIHRM where required.
- Valid Driver’s Licence for applicable positions.
- Blasting and First Aid Certificates for Mine Captains, Shift Bosses and PICs.
- Strong communication, leadership and safety awareness.
