1. BLOW MOULDING OPERATORS x5
Department: Production
JOB SUMMARY
Operate and monitor blow moulding machines to produce PET bottles that meet quality and production targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, operate and monitor blow moulding machines
- Ensure correct bottle weight, shape and quality as per specifications
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Report defects, breakdowns and material wastage
- Maintain production and quality records
- Adhere to GMP, safety and hygiene standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical or relevant field
- Experience in blow moulding in FMCG/Beverage plant is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years
2. REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN x2
Department: Maintenance / Utility
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems including cold rooms, bottle coolers, and chillers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and service refrigeration units, compressors, and cold rooms
- Diagnose and repair faults in cooling systems
- Check refrigerant levels, pressures and temperatures
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts records
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering
- Refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage
Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG/Manufacturing
3. HVAC TECHNICIAN
Department: Maintenance / Utility
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintenance and repair of HVAC systems to ensure proper air conditioning and ventilation in plant and offices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems, AHUs, ducting and controls
- Troubleshoot faults in chillers, cooling towers and air conditioning units
- Conduct preventive maintenance and monitor system performance
- Maintain service records and recommend spare parts
- Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years
4. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN x2
Department: production
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on production lines
- Respond to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors and packaging machines
- Maintain maintenance logs and ensure LOTO procedures are followed
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG/Manufacturing
