BARTENDER (1)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- General qualification in the hospitality industry with relevant practical experience
- Good communication skills and customer service
- Professional, hardworking, reliable, Honest and a team player
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking orders and creating a friendly environment
- Making drinks and cocktails according to customer's preferences
- Maintaining cleanliness on surfaces, glassware and high standard of hygiene
- Manage inventory, restocking supplies and keeping the bar running smooth
