Position Overview
Vintage Glamour Zambia is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team at its Town Centre location.
Applicants must live nearby Town Centre and surrounding areas.
Key Requirements
- Female, aged 18–30 years.
- Grade 12 Certificate (minimum qualification).
- Retail sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, confident and well-groomed.
- Honest, reliable and hardworking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Must live nearby Town Centre and surrounding areas.
- Experience or interest in social media engagement and management is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store.
- Receive, arrange, replenish and count stock.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support social media engagement and management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp).
- Follow company policies and store standards at all times.
