NTEMBA24 is a growing fashion retail business focused on great quality, best price and an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock management, and coordinate the efficient movement of products between the warehouse and our stores.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics or retail operations.
- Experience managing stock for a multi-store retail business is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of stock receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet, inventory reporting and documentation skills.
- Excellent organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate effectively with stores and other departments.
- Strong follow-through, accountability and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to identify stock discrepancies and implement effective controls.
