Job Opportunity – Medical Billing Officer
Healthlane Medical Centre is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join its healthcare team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing, submission, monitoring and reconciliation of NHIMA and private medical insurance claims, while ensuring compliance with applicable billing procedures, tariffs and benefit packages.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in medical billing, insurance claims or a similar healthcare role.
- Knowledge of NHIMA and private medical insurance processes and tariffs.
- Computer literate, including MS Office and billing/claims systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
- A Diploma in Clinical Medicine or Nursing will be an added advantage.
