WE ARE HIRING – LOAN OFFICERS
A money lending company is looking for Loan Officers to join our team. This is a field-based role that involves customer sourcing and loan disbursement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively source and recruit potential customers
- Conduct field visits to promote loan products
- Assist in loan application processing and disbursement
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Provide customer support and follow up on repayments
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a grade 12 certificate
- Must be willing to do extensive fieldwork
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must be a kafue resident resident
