Kangs Mobile Centre, your trusted mobile partner, is looking for a Shop Operations & Sales Officer for its new branch in Liteta, Chibombo, Zambia.
The successful candidate will manage shop operations, drive sales, provide customer service, manage stock and cash, and support social media sales.

Requirements
- Age 20-35.
- Grade 12 minimum.
- 1+ year sales experience with exceptional customer service is preferred.
- Honest, trustworthy, sales-driven and friendly.
- Smartphone savvy, including WhatsApp Business, Facebook and TikTok.
- Mobile Money experience.
- Fluent in English and any two local languages: Nyanja, Tonga, Lenje, Bemba.
- Certificate in Marketing/Business is an added advantage.
