Glams Pub and Grill is looking for individuals to join its team in Matero, Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks to customers.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handling payments and operating POS system.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or waiting tables.
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management.
- Ability to upsell and promote specials.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tips.
Appearance
Neat and professional attire.
