Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate in Food production or Hospitality is an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Requirements / Instructions
- Handle, serve, and deliver patient meals safely and on time
- Ensure correct meals are delivered to the correct patients
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and food service areas
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hospital procedures
