Medland Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Electrician in Lusaka, Zambia.
Minimum Qualification
- Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years work experience
- Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering from a reputable learning institution
Requirements / Instructions
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve issues safely and promptly.
- Replace faulty electrical components, bulbs, switches, sockets, breakers, and other approved items.
- Check water pumps, pressure systems, tanks, valves, and related equipment regularly.
- Monitor fuel levels, oil levels, coolant, battery condition, and general generator performance.
