We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Lusaka.
If you have a qualification in Business / Logistics / E-Commerce, 2–4 years experience in e-commerce or logistics, and strong leadership, Excel and fulfilment skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Oversee the complete order process from order receipt to fulfilment and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer service, riders/couriers, and other departments.
- Monitor order processing, delivery performance, returns, and customer complaints.
- Ensure orders are accurately captured, processed, dispatched, and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper maintenance of e-commerce records.
- Work closely with management to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Supervise and guide the e-commerce team to achieve operational targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in Business, Logistics, E-Commerce or a related field.
- 2–4 years experience in e-commerce or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong fulfilment skills.
