We are looking for an E-Commerce Data Analyst to join our team in Lusaka.
If you have a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics or related field, 2–3 years data analysis experience (e-commerce/logistics preferred), advanced Excel and strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and maintain e-commerce operational data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, returns, cancellations, failed deliveries, and other operational metrics.
- Track and analyse rider/courier and delivery performance.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, errors, and operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured in the e-commerce system.
- Reconcile system data against operational records.
- Provide insights to improve order processing, delivery efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support the E-Commerce Manager with operational analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data is properly organised and accessible.
- Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics or related field.
- 2–3 years data analysis experience, with e-commerce/logistics preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
