WE ARE HIRING – EXPERIENCED BUTCHERY STAFF
Location: Obama, Lusaka
We are looking for someone who has worked in a butcher shop before and is experienced in meat production.
The person should be able to:
- Identify different meat cuts
- Cut, debone and prepare meat properly
- Make beef sausages and other meat products
- Arrange, package and display meat properly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
Experience in a butcher shop is a must.
