POSITION: CIVIL ENGINEER
Builder's Village Limited is looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years relevant work experience preferred
- Registered Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
- Proven experience in portal frame structures, concrete works, and interpretation of structural & mechanical drawings
- Previous experience in the construction field is essential
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong team player with an innovative mindset

Builder's Village Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying
- Registered with the Zambia Institute of Quantity Surveyors (ZIQS)
- Must be a valid Practicing Certificate holder
- Strong analytical, numerical and cost management skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must have two years of professional working experience
