Branch Manager

Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate or Equivalent Qualification
- At least 2 – 3 years experience in the financial lending industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management will be an added advantage
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Must be ready to start work immediately
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Manage and grow the branch loan portfolio
- Supervise and support branch staff in achieving business targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports
- Promote the company's products and services
