Boutique Sales Assistant
Mino's Closet is looking for a smart, confident, energetic and customer-focused young lady to join the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female, aged 19–26 years.
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, Public Relations, Fashion or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; confident and eloquent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Confident, friendly and willing to serve customers.
- Honest, reliable, trustworthy and accountable.
- Well-groomed, presentable and professional.
- Hardworking, punctual, organised and able to follow instructions.
- A good team player with a positive and teachable attitude.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Basic content creation and digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
- Good basic numeracy and ability to handle sales transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will mainly assist with:
- Posting and promoting products on social media and WhatsApp Status.
- Taking clear and attractive product photos and videos.
- Receiving, checking, tagging and arranging new stock.
- Maintaining neat and attractive product displays.
- Assisting with regular stock counts and stock organisation.
- Assisting customers with product selections, sizes and enquiries when required.
- Handling sales transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Keeping fitting rooms, displays and merchandise neat and organised.
- Packing and preparing customer purchases and orders.
- Keeping the boutique clean, tidy and presentable.
- Supporting promotions, new arrivals and marketing activities.
- Working with the team towards achieving sales targets.
- Performing other reasonable boutique-related duties assigned by management.
