ABOUT NDOLA TRUST SCHOOL
Ndola Trust School is situated on Plot No. 578 Freedom Way, Kansenshi, Ndola. Freedom Way is a one-way drive which branches off from Mukuni Road and joins Kariba Road.
The school has a spacious and attractive surrounding, which gives it a welcoming environment conducive for learning.
The school was owned and run by Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM) from 1973 to 1999 when it was operated as a private/community school under the care of the Board of Governors.
In January 2015, the Government of the Republic of Zambia reviewed the status of the school to become a self-sustaining, state-owned enterprise.
The school is a multi-cultural institution that has no bias towards creed, race, denomination and ethnicity. Its enrolment has since inception grown from Primary to Secondary school.

JOB SUMMARY
Teach learners holistically from Grade 1 to Grade 4.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 25 to 35 years of age
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Bachelor’s Degree with Education from a reputable university
- Computer literate, with the ability to work in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach learners from Grade 1 to Grade 4.
- Prepare quality tests and administer them timely.
- Assess learners' performance and give timely feedback.
- Form learners holistically.
- Provide parental guidance and counselling to learners.
