QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants must possess a Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Certified copies of the Grade 12 Certificate must be attached.
  • Certified copies of relevant academic and professional certificates should be attached.
  • Relevant knowledge, skills, resources or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants must have good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Candidates must be hardworking, honest, presentable and able to work under pressure.
  • Applicants for the Assistant Manager position should have relevant management or hospitality qualifications and experience.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

ROLE-SPECIFIC GUIDANCE

Cashiers: Highlight customer service, cash handling, payment processing and accuracy experience.

Bar Attendant: Highlight hospitality, beverage service and customer-facing experience.

Receptionists: Highlight communication, reception, administration, customer service and computer skills.

Chefs / Cooks: Highlight food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene and hospitality experience.
