MULTIPLE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, hardworking and results-driven individuals to join us!

1. JUNIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Experience: 1 to 2 years practical experience

Experience in accounting/finance, strong Excel and record-keeping skills. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, finance or related field.

Ideal candidate: Someone who has already worked in accounts and can handle day-to-day accounting with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail.

2. SALES OFFICER

Experience: 2 years sales experience

Responsible for customer acquisition, sales of agricultural products/services, farmer engagement and meeting sales targets. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business administration, Agribusiness or related field.

Ideal candidate: Someone who is comfortable approaching farmers, businesses and institutions and can actually close sales. A valid driver's licence is an advantage.

3. FIELD OFFICER (SOLWEZI)

Experience: 1 to 2 years practical experience

Responsible for farmer mobilisation, field monitoring, data collection and supporting implementation of our Solwezi project. Diploma/certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Extension or related field

Ideal candidate: Someone who can confidently work with farmers on the ground, collect reliable information and report problems back to the project team. Proficiency in Kaonde and Lunda is an added advantage. A valid driver's licence is an advantage.

4. MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Responsible for content creation, digital marketing, branding, communications and business growth. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related field,

Ideal candidate: Someone who can take a phone into the field, capture good content, turn it into a strong story/post/reel, and help grow Hematon's brand, not someone who only knows how to post on Facebook. Basic photography and video creation/editing skills are an advantage.
