PROJECT ENGINEER/SITE AGENT

Tepo Farms | Contract | Lusaka, Zambia

We are seeking to hire suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join our Road Construction Project team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate road construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and construction schedules.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and provide technical updates to Management.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, and testing to ensure required quality standards are met.
• Support the management of variations, site instructions, and technical changes.
• Ensure works are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Highway Engineering
