SALES AND MARKETING SUPERVISOR

📍 LUSAKA, ZAMBIA

HANCHU ESS is looking for a Sales and Marketing Supervisor to lead sales and marketing activities in Lusaka and support business growth within the renewable energy sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new customer segments, industry trends and competitor activities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Campaign Management: Oversee promotional activities, advertising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI and market feedback for senior management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in the solar / renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
• Experience using SAGE systems is an added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Zambia.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
