Level Field Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the fast-food and dessert industry, which is expanding its operations across Zambia.

🔑 𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

➤ Manager (1 Position)

➤ Cashiers (2 Positions)

➤ General Workers (5 Positions)

➤ Shawarma Chef (1 Position)

🔑 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐑 — 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

✅ Full Grade 12 Certificate

✅ Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field (Hospitality is an added advantage)

✅ Minimum 1–2 years experience in a retail or fast-food environment

✅ Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

🔑 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐒 — 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

✅ Full Grade 12 Certificate

✅ Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or Hospitality is an added advantage

✅ Minimum 1–2 years cashiering experience in a retail or fast-food environment

✅ Strong numerical skills, accuracy, integrity, and excellent customer service

🔑 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒 — 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

✅ Full Grade 12 Certificate

✅ At least 1 year experience in retail or hospitality

✅ Physically fit, honest, hardworking, and reliable

🔑 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐀 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐅 — 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

✅ Full Grade 12 Certificate

✅ Previous experience in shawarma preparation is an added advantage

✅ Strong work ethic, good communication, customer service skills, and ability to work under pressure
