Overall Responsibility

SMT International School Zambia invites applications for a highly professional Receptionist who will represent the school through excellent customer service, disciplined administration, and organized front-desk operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 minimum.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration / Secretarial Studies / Public Relations (added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional confidence.
• Computer literate (data entry, emails, basic documents).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow school procedures.
• Strong organizational and attendance/visitor log discipline (required).
