Luapula Water Supply and Sanitation Company Limited (LpWSC) is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and results-oriented individuals to fill the following vacant positions:

1️⃣ Director Commercial Services (G2) – 1 Position

2️⃣ Finance Manager (G3) – 1 Position

3️⃣ Call Centre Agent (G8) – 1 Position   

DIRECTOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES (G2)

The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight of the Company's commercial operations, including business growth, strategy formulation, marketing, innovation and technology, resource mobilisation, customer and billing services, debt management and community mobilisation. 

Key requirements include:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, Management Studies or a related field.

✔ Master's Degree in any of the stated fields is an added advantage.

✔ Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior-level position.

✔ Valid membership with a relevant professional body. 

FINANCE MANAGER (G3)

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Company's financial and management accounting activities, financial reporting, accounting procedures and policies, and providing financial guidance to management. 

Key requirements include:

✔ Full professional accounting qualification such as ZICA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.

✔ Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role.

✔ Membership with a relevant professional body.

✔ Qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA). 

CALL CENTRE AGENT (G8)

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, managing complaints, following up customer issues and providing general information. 

Key requirements include:

✔ Grade 12 Certificate with five O' Levels, including English and Mathematics.

✔ Certificate in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication or a related field.

✔ Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.

✔ Qualifications must be verified by ZAQA.
