- Grade 12 Certificate
- Zambian citizen
- Experience in sales, retail or customer service preferred
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Able to handle cash/mobile money & keep simple records
- Comfortable with WhatsApp & social media
- Honest, reliable & well-presented
- Must provide 2 traceable references
YOU WILL
- Attend to customers
- Promote & sell our products
- Process payments
- Maintain sales & stock records
- Keep the shop clean & well organised
- Support day-to-day shop operations
