JOB OPPORTUNITY: LIFE INSURANCE SALES AGENTS - 200 POSITIONS

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Agents (200) to join our growing sales force across Zambia

Locations

We are recruiting in the following towns:

- Lusaka

- Kabwe

- Mazabuka

- Choma

- Livingstone

- Kitwe

- Chipata

- Kasama

- Chingola

- Luanshya

- Chililabombwe

- Mufulira

- Solwezi

- Lumwana

- Kalumbila

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Prospect and recruit new customers.

- Educate individuals and families on life insurance solutions.

- Conduct financial needs analysis.

- Sell life insurance products that meet customer needs.

- Build and manage a sustainable client portfolio.

- Maintain strong customer relationships.

- Ensure timely premium collection and policy persistency.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory and company standards.

Minimum Qualifications

- Grade 12 School Certificate (Full Certificate) with credits.

- Minimum Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Entrepreneurship, or any other business-related qualification.

- A bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field will be an added advantage

- 2 years life insurance sales experience will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Computer literacy.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Previous sales experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

- To complete PIA agent licensing.
