Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional hospitality certification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in lodge or hotel management.

At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all lodge operations.

Manage staff performance and guest satisfaction.

Prepare operational budgets and reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
