Key Responsibilities:

Source, assess, and process loan applications

Conduct client due diligence and credit risk assessments

Manage and grow a loan portfolio within assigned territory

Ensure timely loan recovery and minimize default rates

Maintain accurate client records and reporting

Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Prior experience in loan/credit officer role (microfinance experience an added advantage)

Strong knowledge of the local business environment in the applicable location

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Must be based in or willing to relocate to the specified location
