MSAFO Restaurant, located at East Park, Lusaka, is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our growing team in the following positions:

POSITIONS - 2 Positions Each

• Kitchen Coordinator – 2 Positions
• Griller – 2 Positions
• Burger Board Attendant – 2 Positions
• Fried Chicken & Chips Maker – 2 Positions
• Waiter/Waitress – 2 Positions
• Cashier – 2 Positions

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 Certificate.

Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a fast-food restaurant or hospitality environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Honest, reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Food Production, Catering, Business Administration, or related fields will be an added advantage.

POSITION-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Kitchen Coordinator – 2 Positions

Experience coordinating kitchen operations and staff.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage stock, food preparation schedules, and quality control.

Griller – 2 Positions

Proven experience in grilling meat, chicken, and other fast-food products.

Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Burger Board Attendant – 2 Positions

Experience in burger preparation and assembly.

Ability to follow recipes and portion-control standards.

Fried Chicken & Chips Maker – 2 Positions

Experience in preparing fried chicken, chips, and related products.

Knowledge of fryer operation and food safety procedures.

Waiter/Waitress – 2 Positions

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to take orders accurately and serve customers professionally.

Cashier – 2 Positions

Experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.

Basic mathematics and record-keeping skills.

High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to reconcile daily sales and maintain proper cash controls.

Experience in fast-food or restaurant cash handling will be an added advantage.
