Location: Minambe Area, Mufulira, Zambia

AVIC-LN Department 4 is urgently looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

Available Positions

15 Tipper Drivers

1 Single Roller Operator

1 Rubber Roller Operator

3 Excavator Operators

2 Tyre Excavator Operators

Job Requirements

For Tipper Drivers:

Must have a valid Class C or CE driver's licence.

Minimum of 2 years' driving experience.

For Roller Operators:

Experience in road construction, particularly stone base and asphalt works, is highly preferred.

For All Operator Positions:

Relevant operator certificates.

Ability to follow site regulations and procedures.

Ability to perform daily basic machine inspections.

Assessment and Testing

Practical tests will be conducted on:

9th–10th August 2026 at 14:00

Venue: Company premises in Minambe Area, Mufulira, next to ZNS Checkpoint along Mokambo Road.
