  • Comfortable appearing on camera.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good English communication.
  • Ability to communicate naturally with customers.
  • If the shop targets local customers, knowledge of relevant local languages.
  • Professional, confident and friendly personality.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

  • Should understand major phone brands.
  • Should be able to explain specifications in simple language.
  • Can turn technical specifications into content that makes customers want to buy.
