 🚜 JOB OPPORTUNITY – FARM MECHANIC

Goldenlay Agri Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Farm Mechanic to join our team and support efficient farming operations at Kafubu Farm-Ndola. 

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on farm machinery and equipment.

• Inspecting machinery and diagnosing mechanical faults.

• Servicing and repairing tractors, agricultural implements, generators, irrigation equipment and farm vehicles.

• Responding to machinery breakdowns and carrying out emergency repairs.

• Conducting fault-finding, testing and maintaining accurate service records.

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop while complying with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Agricultural Mechanics, Heavy Duty Mechanics or a related field.

• 2–3 years' relevant experience, preferably in a cropping or agricultural environment.

• Experience working with tractors and agricultural implements will be an added advantage.
