Macho Industries Limited is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and professional drivers to join our growing team.

POSITION: DRIVER

REQUIREMENTS: 

✅ Valid PSV/Professional Driver’s Licence

✅ Proven experience in passenger transportation

✅ Good knowledge of Zambian routes and major towns

✅ Clean driving record

✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

✅ Physically fit, disciplined, reliable, and responsible

✅ Must be able to work well under pressure

✅ Previous experience driving a bus/coach will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations

• Observe all road traffic rules and company policies

• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition

• Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after trips

• Provide professional and respectful service to passengers

• Report mechanical faults and incidents promptly

• Ensure punctual departures and arrivals
