Prepare the necessary Trips for the orders packed and ready for supply.

2. Assign Vehicle for each trip and Turn Boy

3. To ensure that the goods are supplied to right customer and get the proper proof of deliveries.

4. Maintain the PoD's and updating the records in the system

5. Prepare necessary Way Bills for Upcountry Transport and ensure that the transPorter signs on necessary documents.

6. Maintenance of All PoDs and Trip documents for future verification & Audit PurPoses

7. Confirm that All deliveries are within the stipulated time set

8. Attending to Customer complaints on Delivery & supplies
