About Entrepreneurs Financial Centre (EFC)

Entrepreneurs Financial Centre (EFC) is a licensed Microfinance Institution under the Bank of Zambia.

EFC is seeking motivated individuals to join its frontline sales team and contribute to business growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

Overall Responsibility

The Direct Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in expanding EFC's client base by marketing and selling its financial products and services.

The position requires a dynamic individual who can meet sales targets through proactive customer engagement and lead generation across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell EFC's range of products and services to prospective clients.

- Evaluate customer needs to guide informed purchasing decisions.

- Conduct prospecting activities including referrals, cold calling and digital marketing campaigns.

- Identify and generate leads for loan and savings products.

- Facilitate partnerships by sourcing companies to sign Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).

- Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

- Process loan applications submitted by clients efficiently and accurately.

- Adhere strictly to Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.

- Maintain detailed sales performance records and reports.

- Consistently achieve or exceed agreed sales targets within set deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate plus a certificate in a business-related field.

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline is advantageous.

- Knowledge of competitor products and sales strategies is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Confident, optimistic and results-oriented mindset.
