WE ARE HIRING
FULL-TIME BOARDING MATRON (1)
Age: 30 to 50 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising learners in the boarding house and ensuring their safety at all times
- Maintaining discipline, order, and proper conduct in dormitories
- Monitoring learners’ daily routine, including prep time, meals, and rest periods
- Providing guidance and care, and escalating any issues or concerns to school management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Boarding Matron with traceable references
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be honest, responsible, and hardworking
