FOLLOW-UP AGENT

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for motivated and results driven individuals to join our team in the Follow Up Department:

• Ensure outbound orders are accurately picked, packed, and labelled for dispatch.
• Schedule and coordinate outbound orders with riders and the regional follow-up team.
• Maintain accurate records of all outbound orders.
• Liaise with customers and agents to provide updates on order status.
• Address and resolve outbound issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or damages.
• Provide regular reports on delivery activities and performance metrics to management.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding outbound orders.
• Training agents on outbound delivery procedures and the use of warehouse equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree in Business or any related field is required.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in a call center or tele sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
• Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and call handling procedures.
• Proven ability to achieve set sales and call targets while maintaining high-quality service.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience in the courier, logistics, or related industry is an added advantage.
