VACANCY: SALES SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our showroom and online sales for furniture, home décor, kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, windows, doors and custom interiors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Drive showroom and online sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with design and production teams.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve concerns.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years' experience in sales supervision or a similar role.
- Experience in furniture, kitchens, cabinetry, construction or interior finishing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
