JOB OVERVIEW
Nasle Technologies is looking for a highly skilled and self-driven IT Project Technician to join the team on a part-time basis.
This position is ideal for an experienced technician who can work independently on client projects with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct site assessments and technical surveys.
- Prepare technical recommendations and project implementation plans.
- Install, configure and commission IT and electronic security solutions.
- Train end-users on newly implemented systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Ensure projects are completed professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Provide technical support and post-installation assistance.
- Prepare basic technical reports and installation documentation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' hands-on experience in IT projects. This requirement is non-negotiable.
- Fresh graduates without practical work experience will not be considered.
- Must be between 23 and 35 years of age.
- Must reside not far from Great East Road in Lusaka.
- Must have excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Applicants must demonstrate strong practical experience in:
- IT Support
- LAN setup and cable management
- Computer Networking
- Door Access Control Systems
- Time & Attendance Systems
- Video Conferencing Systems
- Intrusion Detection Alarm Systems
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the above systems.
