📍 LUSAKA, ZAMBIA • FULL-TIME
NTEMBA24 is seeking a responsible, disciplined and reliable Driver to join its team in Lusaka.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company staff, products, documents and other materials as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transport company products, staff, documents and other materials as assigned.
- Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods between stores, warehouses, suppliers and other designated locations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations and company policies.
- Report accidents, damages, traffic incidents and vehicle breakdowns immediately to management.
- Safeguard company property and ensure secure transportation of company goods.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Zambian Driver's Licence – Class C.
- Minimum 2 years' proven driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Lusaka roads and surrounding areas.
- Clean driving record and strong understanding of road safety regulations.
- Ability to conduct basic vehicle checks and identify mechanical problems.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined and reliable.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in retail distribution, deliveries or logistics will be an added advantage.
