ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an energetic and persuasive communicator who enjoys connecting with people and helping them discover solutions that improve their lives?
Exponent Bizolution is seeking enthusiastic Outbound Call Centre Agents to represent its brand and engage with customers across Zambia.
In this role, you will be the voice of the company, proactively reaching out to inform customers about its products and services. This is an opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Product Promotion: Present and explain the benefits of products and services to generate interest and drive sales.
- Information Management: Answer customer questions accurately, providing clarity and building confidence in the company's offerings.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure a world-class experience.
- Data Collection: Update customer records and gather relevant feedback during calls.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 18–25 years old.
- Location: Must be based in or around Lusaka.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Attitude: Positive, energetic and resilient with a passion for helping people.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate a CRM system.
