📍 RIVERSIDE / NKANA EAST

A reliable, trustworthy, and experienced driver is required to operate a partner vehicle on the Yango Ride platform in Kitwe. The vehicle is based in the Riverside/Nkana East area.

📌 Job Overview

Position: Yango Driver

Location: Kitwe (Preference given to candidates residing in Riverside, Nkana East, or nearby areas)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Remuneration: Competitive weekly cashing / percentage split (To be agreed upon during interview)

 Key Responsibilities

  • Accept and fulfill ride requests via the Yango Pro application.
  • Navigate efficiently around Kitwe, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, excellent, and safe working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers to maintain a high driver rating.
  • Consistently meet agreed-upon weekly cashing targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Location: Must live within or very close to Riverside or Nkana East for easy vehicle handover.
  • License: Must possess a valid Zambian driving license (Class B or higher) with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of active driving experience in Kitwe. Prior experience using ride-hailing apps like Yango is a major advantage.
  • Device: Must have a reliable Android smartphone (Android 5.0 or higher) with an active data connection.
  • Traits: Must be sober-minded, honest, punctual, and respectful.
  • Documentation: Willingness to provide a police clearance report or reference letter upon request.
