Location: Nakonde, Zambia
JOB SUMMARY
Accurately capture and update vehicle inspection data in the system. Ensure all data is complete, accurate and verified to support vehicle inspection.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Diploma or Degree in ICT / Mathematics / Statistics.
- Any related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year work experience with a reputable organization.
KEY DUTIES
- Capture and update vehicle inspection data.
- Generate and issue inspection documents and reports.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, documents and photos.
- Follow company data management and quality procedures.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet.
- Data entry proficiency and good typing speed.
- Knowledge of database and information management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork.
