Position: Bakery Chef

Sinomine Kitumba Minerals Company Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Bakery Chef within the Administration Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing breads, pastries and desserts, developing recipes, maintaining high food-quality standards, managing ingredients and inventory, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with food health and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Baking or Pastry-Making
- 2–5 years or more of proven experience in a commercial bakery or hotel kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and ingredient management
- Good team leadership skills
