SAMOTARS & AUCTIONEERS is looking for motivated, confident and results-driven Sales Representatives to join the team in Zambia.

This opportunity is suited to individuals who are confident in sales, comfortable working with customers and capable of generating leads and converting opportunities into successful vehicle sales.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Sales Representative

Company: Samotars & Auctioneers

Location: Zambia

Industry: Automotive / Vehicle Sales

SALARY & COMMISSION

ZMW 7,500 PER MONTH

+ 5% COMMISSION ON SUCCESSFUL SALES

Based on an approximate exchange rate of R1 = ZMW 1.50, R5,000 is approximately ZMW 7,500.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be confident and target-driven.
• Must have access to a smartphone and WhatsApp.
• Ability to market vehicles and generate leads.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Must be trustworthy, professional and self-motivated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market and advertise available vehicles.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on leads.
• Assist clients throughout the purchasing process.
• Generate new customers and sales opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should be confident, motivated, professional, trustworthy, self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively with prospective vehicle buyers and build strong customer relationships.
