CINYANJA TEACHER

PART-TIME • LUSAKA

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Plan, prepare, and deliver quality Cinyanja lessons aligned with the curriculum standards
• Assess, track, and record student progress through tests, assignments, and practical exercises
• Create interactive learning materials to foster active language engagement
• Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive learning environment rooted in Christian values
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and parent-teacher consultations

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Languages
• Valid teaching license or registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
• Proven teaching experience in primary school settings will be an added advantage
• Deep understanding of new local language curriculum and modern pedagogical techniques
• Passion for teaching and fostering language fluency in learners
