The Events Centre is looking for passionate, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join its team.
⭐ MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS & ABOVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately at the counter/POS station.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure bills are presented professionally.
- Handle cash, cards, Mobile Money and other payment methods.
- Conduct cash-ups at the start and end of the shift and balance the till.
- Coordinate with waiters and be part of the service team.
- Ensure service and order coordination is smooth.
- Report any discrepancies to the manager immediately.
- Be flexible to work on holidays as this is a demanding role.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years' experience in a hospitality environment.
- Must be good with service and waitron services.
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in Hotel Management.
- Ability to work flexibly, including holidays when required.
- Must be based Lundazi, Eastern Province, Zambia
