Location: Nakonde, Zambia
JOB SUMMARY
Provide professional, efficient and customer-focused service to all clients visiting Africa Automotive Analysis. Be the first point of contact, guide clients through vehicle inspection process, handle inquiries, complaints and feedback.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate - Required.
- Diploma/Degree or certificate in Public Relations /Marketing/Customer Service /Business Administration - Required.
- Any other related course is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year work experience with a reputable organization.
KEY DUTIES
- Provide professional and efficient service to clients.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up.
- Monitor customer waiting times.
- Give feedback on customer reactions to services.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- English, Bemba, Nyanja spoken and written. Other local languages added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and good at multitasking.
- Customer-focused mindset.
